Avenue is a job searching website, simply took the employers' perspective in hiring experiences, enhancing the function to find the most suitable applicant.
Challenge
How might we help employers efficiently create accessible and transparent job postings for potential candidates and streamline the tedious hiring process?
Solution
Taking dating apps as inspiration, our team have came up with ideas, enabling employers to write jobs description with the "built-in Ai genertor" for efficiency; track and source out applicants by using "keywords"; and find out the highest compatibility among applicants with the "include", "exclude" keywords button.
